Shipping policy

Minimal Chaos offers shipping across most of India. We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your orders from the Alpha Series are delivered securely and efficiently.

1. Processing and Fulfillment

  • Dispatch Timeline: All orders are confirmed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Schedule: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.
  • High Volume: During new collection launches or peak periods, processing may take an additional 48 hours. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timelines

  • Shipping Costs: To ensure a transparent shopping experience, the shipping cost is included in the selling price of our products. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically reach their destination within 4 to 10 business days.
  • Regional Variations: Please note that delivery to certain regions, such as the Northeast or remote areas, may occasionally take slightly longer than the standard estimate due to logistical constraints.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will probably receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active and searchable on the courier’s portal within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Secure Prepaid Fulfillment

As our Product Series features premium prints and optional custom name signatures, we currently operate on a 100% Prepaid Model. This ensures that your order is prioritized in our production queue and handled with the highest level of security through our payment partner.

5. Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Minimal Chaos is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for delays caused by incomplete address information.

6. Damages and Shortages

We take extreme care in packaging your gear. However, if you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged:

  • Unboxing Video: Please record a short video while unboxing the package. This is mandatory for processing claims with our logistics partners.
  • Reporting: Contact us immediately at shop.minimalchaos@gmail.com with your order number and the unboxing video.
  • Timeline: Damaged or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Minimal Chaos operates exclusively within the domestic borders of India. We do not offer international shipping or delivery outside of the country.
