All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We comply with all Indian packaging and labeling requirements for the apparel industry.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until Minimal Chaos confirms acceptance via email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we do not impose cancellation charges on consumers unless similar charges are borne by us for unilateral cancellations. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our 5-Day Return Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices are inclusive of applicable GST but may exclude shipping and handling charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship exclusively within India. All delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to the Series designs, trademarks, and graphics, are owned by Minimal Chaos and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction or distribution of our designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, we process your data based on explicit consent for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. SECTION 8 - GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

In accordance with the Information Technology Act and E-Commerce Rules, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any consumer complaints. We try to acknowledge all complaints within 48-72 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

SECTION 9 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services and all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent provided by Indian law, Minimal Chaos shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the products.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
